Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and stored on servers in the United States and European Union. Netlify is compliant with applicable data protection regulations. For client engagement data, we store information on EU-based servers.

We retain form submission data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. If we enter into a business relationship, relevant data is retained for the duration of that relationship plus any legally required retention period.
